Menu Plan Monday March 2-9 (on tuesday!)
So, after being sick and too busy to post or keep up with the plan- we're back on schedule! so here's whats on the menu for this week:
Mini Blueberry Muffins
Peanut Butter Toast, banana
for lunches visit the daycare blog!
bruschetta chicken skillet
(we're having guests over tonight to help put together the new swingset for the kids birthday so we're having something a little special to eat!)
italian style tossed salad

BBQ Chicken Legs
Out- we'll be getting ready for the kids birthday party!
1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3 T. brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 T. cider vinegar
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5 inch circles. Press each into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup; set aside. In skillet, brown beef; drain. Add additional ingredients to ground beef. Heat through. Place mixture in muffin cups. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
